Changing demographics in China will more and more lead to a structural imbalance of supply and demand on the labor market. In some regions this trend has already become a serious challenge for many industries. As a result, how to ensure a stable workforce during the different stages of the pandemic and how to avoid fluctuation will become one of the most important topics for HR departments in the coming years.

中国人口的变化导致劳动用工市场的结构性供需矛盾日益突出。在一些地区,这种趋势给许多行业带来了不小的挑战。因此,如何在疫情下保证稳定的企业用工是人力资源部门在未来几年中最关心的重要话题之一。


In cooperation with Dalian Linke Human Resource Institute, we will share the results of our recent regional HR survey for Northeast China and analyze again the local employment conditions in foreign-invested manufacturing enterprises in the Northeast region (mainly Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun) by sharing relevant information about recruitment, HR management, compensation & benefits, and current challenges for HR operations

现在我们将向您分享之前进行的中国东北地区HR市场调查问卷统计结果。本次调查我们与大连领科人力资源研究院进行合作,通过搜集招聘、人力资源管理、薪酬、企业运营现状等多个维度的数据,全面地分析外国制造企业在东北地区(沈阳,大连,长春)的用工现状。

 

In addition, we have also invited Rebecca Song, an HR expert from DRÄXLMAIER Group to share best practice and provide a case study in hybrid work.
