I found a good [Webinar | Aug 4] Regional HR Survey Results - New HR Challenges in Northeast Region 东北地区人力资源调查结果 - 全新人力资源挑战 at @BagEvent, share it to everyone!
Changing demographics in China will more and more lead to a structural imbalance of supply and demand on the labor market. In some regions this trend has already become a serious challenge for many industries. As a result, how to ensure a stable workforce during the different stages of the pandemic and how to avoid fluctuation will become one of the most important topics for HR departments in the coming years.
In cooperation with Dalian Linke Human Resource Institute, we will share the results of our recent regional HR survey for Northeast China and analyze again the local employment conditions in foreign-invested manufacturing enterprises in the Northeast region (mainly Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun) by sharing relevant information about recruitment, HR management, compensation & benefits, and current challenges for HR operations.
Registration upfront is mandatory. Please register first and you will receive a confirmation mail including login link (zoom) and access information for the webinar before 10:30 AM, Aug. 04. 请您务必提前注册,注册成功后您将在8月4日上午10:30之前收到在线课程的登录链接(zoom)和访问信息。
